The Itinerary
Day Start
Early Morning: Hot Air Balloon Ride Your day begins before sunrise with pickup from your hotel or Nile cruise in Luxor and transfer to the West Bank launch area. After the necessary preparations and safety briefing, board the balloon for an approximately 45-minute flight, weather permitting. As the sun rises, enjoy views across Luxor’s archaeological landscape, the Nile Valley, green farmland, and surrounding desert.

Colossi of Memnon After the balloon flight, continue your West Bank tour with a stop at the Colossi of Memnon. These two massive stone statues represent Pharaoh Amenhotep III and once stood before his vast mortuary temple.

Valley of the Kings Explore the Valley of the Kings, the royal burial ground where generations of New Kingdom rulers were laid to rest. Visit the tombs included in your confirmed ticket, where painted walls and hieroglyphic inscriptions reveal ancient Egyptian beliefs about the afterlife. Extra-ticket tombs, such as Tutankhamun’s, are not automatically included in standard admission.

Temple of Queen Hatshepsut Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el-Bahari. Its terraced design rises against a dramatic limestone backdrop, while surviving reliefs and architectural details tell stories connected to the queen’s reign and religious traditions.

Included Meals
- Lunch
Karnak Temple Cross to Luxor’s East Bank to visit Karnak Temple. Explore its monumental courtyards and columns and discover how generations of pharaohs expanded this major religious complex over centuries.

Luxor Temple Finish the sightseeing portion at Luxor Temple, located in the heart of the modern city. Admire its entrance, statues, and colonnades while learning about its role in ancient Theban religious life. After the visits, return to your hotel or Nile cruise in Luxor.
